So there's been much more reasons for me to wanting to work out since I'll have to fit and look nice in my dress this coming end of the year.So regardless of how reluctant and lazy I am, I've started to do a lil more easy body workout to help tone the body up
I'm particularly worried for my abs area because I'm no where near my goal, which so happens to be like this
I know I'm asking for quite alot but I also strongly do believe it is much achievable, after all it's not really obvious 6 packs right, just a nice tone lean tummy and I'll be happy.
So I started searching online with the things I could do at home(only coz I'm too paranoid to hit the gym)
and these are the things I found that can be done at home without using much equipments.
planking helps, I know it sounds really stupid but it really does help tone the whole body up. There are just a few things you've gotta take note of, which are
When you are planking, make sure you keep your buttocks up, so meaning you are trying your utmost best to keep your body in a straight line, this will help you work on your core muscle.
Try to hold in this position for 1 minute each time. If you are still in doubt, do check this video out
Another trick you could do to help achieve a smaller waist is by the help of a towel.
When you are breathing out, try and lean towards your side(according to the direction of the picture) a little more each time, hold that position for about 15 seconds each time. Making sure you are keeping your body upright and you should feel a stretch along the sides of your body.
I find this extremely effective, generally would help you see results in just about a week time if you are doing it at least about twice a day, 2 sets each time stretching for about 15 seconds each side.
I would say that this really did help me achieve my goal, given my waist(I calculate by the smallest circumference of my waist, just slightly above my belly button) is now about 56cm(about 22")
Of course I know it would also require me to actually change my diet and exercise regime to something a little more intense if I did wanna achieve the Victoria Secret model like body but for now I'll stick with this until I've got my workout routine sorted out during the weekend.
Have a very happy weekend guys!
